Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas Spa Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests by phone and in person to ensure a luxurious spa experience. You will scheduling appointments, advising on treatments, assisting with check-in and processing payments while maintaining accurate cash handling and inventory controls.

Ideal candidates have experience in a high-volume luxury spa, excellent communication and phone etiquette, and familiarity with spa software.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume luxury spa or resort is preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred, but not required.
• Prior knowledge of SpaSoft, HotSOS and Opera is preferred.
• Must possess a current Nevada Food Handler’s Card.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa appointments accurately via telephone or in person.
• Be knowledgeable on all spa treatments and services offered and can actively suggest services to maintain sales while following Forbes standards.
• Assist guests with check-in for spa reservations and spa access.
• Accurately receive payment of services to department standards and properly account for all transactions and monies.
• Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and invoices as outlined in department policy.
• Keep all areas of the spa including storage areas, back of house, staff break room and dispensary clean and organized while following safety guidelines.
• Ensures product and supply inventories are replenished and maintained daily.
• Able to assist in the fitness area by ensuring equipment is maintained and being available for guests
