Job summary

MG𝖬 Resorts International's Luxor Spa is seeking a Receptionist to greet guests, manage calls, respond to emails, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role emphasizes warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail in delivering luxury service.

The starting rate is $15.00 per hour, and the position offers on-site work in Las Vegas. Candidates should have at least 1 year of guest service experience, be at least 18, and possess a High School Diploma or GED.

• Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
• Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
• Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred
