MGM Resorts International is hiring a Spa Host at Las Vegas properties. You will be the welcoming face for guests, helping set a relaxing atmosphere and guiding guests through their wellness experience. The role involves assisting with bookings, promoting spa services, and maintaining clean, stocked facilities.

The position offers a starting rate of $16.00 per hour plus commission, with wellness incentives, meal benefits, parking, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a spa, salon, or retail setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly service to guests as they begin their spa experience.
• Follow all spa policies, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, keep them clean and well stocked.
• Assist guests with spa amenities (sauna, steam, whirlpools).
• Assist guests with booking spa services using spa software and direct them to appointments.
