Job summary

Dermatology Solutions Group, LLC seeks a friendly Receptionist (Spa) to be the first and last point of contact, ensuring smooth front office operations and a positive patient experience. They will assist providers in the back office during cosmetic procedures and report to the Office Administrator and the Director of Spa Operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and providers.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to work independently or within a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides the highest level of customer service.
• Creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere for patients.
• Offers patients refreshments and provides pre-appointment paperwork.
• Assists and supports providers as necessary.
• Maintains clean, neat and organized work areas (front desk, waiting areas, treatment rooms).
• Fully handles patient scheduling process and phone system.
• Balances daily cash and prepares bank deposits.
