Responsibilities

• Coordinate client consultation records with the assigned therapist.
• Schedule appointments for clients and monitor therapist availability for punctual service.
• Organize schedules to maximize time and profitability while prioritizing client needs.
• Assist with administrative duties such as receiving purchases and inventory reporting.
• Monitor Spa desk reception area and maintain brochures and overall appearance.
• Process payments for services and retail in the Spa.
• Obtain client feedback to improve service delivery.
• Confirm appointments by phone and email and provide literature on request.
• Ensure a neat waiting area and coordinate inter-department relations.
