Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest service at the Spa Hospitality Desk and book services.
• Greet guests and inform them about spa services and memberships.
• Tour spa facilities and assist with membership sales.
• Process payments, refunds, and gift cards in SpaSoft.
• Sell retail products and upsell services and packages.
• Explain treatments and pricing to guests; know seasonal promotions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures per daily checklist.
