Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a friendly Spa Front Desk Associate in Miami, FL. You will answer phones, greet guests, schedule appointments, and maintain the spa area while ensuring a positive guest experience.

This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, strong customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with computer systems and cash handling. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Reception or spa/salon experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and friendly.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the spa area.
• Handle the computer system and cash handling procedures.
• Stock brochures and restock retail items.
• Attend training and staff meetings and report maintenance issues.
