Spa Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking professional and highly organized Spa Receptionists with integrity to provide excellent customer service to ensure our guests are relaxed while having a memorable experience at our luxury spa. This is a great opportunity for the right person. I'm confident that we will form a lasting bond that will keep you coming back season after season.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting clients/guests in a warm welcoming manner.
2. Ensure client/guest intake forms are completed, signed and given to the correct massage therapist or esthetician.
3. Excellent communication skills with guests and spa technicians.
4. Answering incoming phone calls, returning phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner.
5. Scheduling: Schedule appointments for clients/guests. Relaying the information to the massage therapists and estheticians.
6. Selling spa products: Sell spa products and process transactions.
7. Handle and address customer concerns and provide solutions.
8. Maintaining the spa: Keep the reception as well as common areas clean and tidy. Help ensure the spa is stocked.
9. Assist with daily laundry.
10. Complete accurate and legible messages including your signature and date.
11. Help massage therapists and estheticians if they require assistance. Teamwork is a must.
12. Checking client/guest out: Our farewell is important.
13. Opening and closing the spa: Open and close the spa at the appropriate times.

Compensation:

Hourly and Retail Commission (15%)
