TheGrand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is located in the renowned Deer Valley ski resort, approximately 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. This hotel is part of a new development featuring 17 ski lifts, around 1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with approximately 1,350 rooms, about 250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest "ski beaches" globally.
The Grand Hyatt comprises 436 luxury accommodations, including 359 guest rooms, 55 residences, and 22 suites. It offers approximately 30,000 square feet of versatile indoor meeting space, a lobby-level 3-meal restaurant and bar, a signature bar, pool and après-ski bar and grill, coffee bistro, large outdoor event terrace, pool, three whirlpools, kids club, and fitness area.

The Spa Receptionist role involves creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere, scheduling treatments, guest registration, and processing payments via room charges, credit cards, and cash. Responsibilities include managing spa reservations, recommending products and treatments, and promoting wellness as the final contact point for guests. Experience in a resort or hotel spa setting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests professionally and warmly.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, cancellations.
• Check guests in/out, process payments, handle billing.
• Recommend spa treatments and retail products.
• Maintain a clean and tranquil front desk and lobby.
• Support the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Promote wellness and self-care through communication and service.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles (spa or hospitality experience preferred).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Familiarity with booking and POS systems is advantageous.
· Calm, composed demeanor with a passion for wellness and guest care.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
· Current alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local/state regulations. Additional certifications may be required.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
