Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable spa receptionist primarily responsible for providing professional service according to Araamu Spa Standards in receiving and assisting customers and visitors. Your duties will include handling external and internal calls effectively, making reservations for treatments and other spa services for daily operations.

Spa Receptionist Responsibilities
  1. Maintain complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the spa.
  2. Comply with spa and departmental policies and procedures.
  3. Notify management of all maintenance needs.
  4. Greet and welcome each guest warmly and provide a courteous farewell.
  5. Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
  6. Prepare daily and monthly reports.
  7. Take and confirm reservations.
  8. Allocate bookings efficiently.
  9. Handle phone calls, both internal and external.
  10. Maintain inventory of stocks for the boutique operation.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a hostess or in a related role.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  3. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  4. High school diploma or equivalent.
  5. Decent and pleasant personality.
  6. Ability to communicate clearly and legibly.
  7. Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  8. Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultures.
