Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Spa Room Specialist to guide guests through their spa experiences with warmth and professionalism. You will assist service providers, prepare rooms, and maintain a safe, luxury environment in a fast-paced casino resort setting.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience; luxury spa background is preferred, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in customer service is required.
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or salon environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal, gracious, and professional service.
• Tours guests of the spa and amenities, ensuring timely appointments.
• Prepares rooms and tools, sanitizes treatment areas, and maintains inventory.
• Restocks treatment products and keeps locker rooms presentable for next guests.
• Ensures locker rooms and facilities meet standards and safety.
• Delivers personalized service to create a memorable guest experience.
• Adheres to policies, SOPs, receiving, and training requirements.
