You will work at a premier Marriott property, contributing to a high-end spa environment with a focus on guest satisfaction, team leadership, and operational continuity across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years spa leadership (supervisory & above)
• Strong knowledge of spa services & practices

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Director in effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Take on the responsibilities of the Spa Director in their absence, ensuring continuity and seamless operations.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, fostering positive guest relations, and handling any guest issues or complaints effectively.
