The Spa at Montgomery, part of Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center, seeks a Spa Manager to lead daily operations and guest service at a premier Marriott property.

Bring 3+ years of spa leadership, deep knowledge of spa services, and retail, pricing, and inventory experience. You’ll mentor staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the high standards of our award-winning spa.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Director in managing day-to-day spa operations.
• Act as Spa Director in their absence to ensure continuity.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest issues.
