Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch in Morgan, UT, seeks a Spa Supervisor to lead daily spa operations and provide hands-on massage therapy with the licensed team. The role blends leadership, programming development, and guest service excellence.

You'll manage bookings, recruit and train staff, ensure sanitation and safety, and partner with leadership on budgeting and spa enhancements to deliver luxury experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Utah Massage Therapist license is required.
• Minimum of three years of professional massage therapy experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury spa, resort, or high-end hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs massage therapy as an active member of the LMT team with flexible hours.
• Assists in developing spa programs, menus, and SOPs.
• Manages spa bookings and communicates with members and guests.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires spa staff; provides coaching and discipline as needed.
• Ensures sanitation, licensing, safety, and confidentiality in spa operations.
• Monitors staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, and spa revenue.
• Supports budgeting and policy adherence; works with leadership on spa needs.
