Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch in Morgan, UT is seeking a Lead Massage Therapist to provide high-quality treatments and to serve as the on-site lead when the Spa Supervisor is unavailable. You will ensure consistent service standards and a smooth daily operation for members and guests.

The role requires Utah LMT licensure, CPR/AED, and a minimum of three years of professional massage experience, with preference for luxury hospitality background.

Qualifications

• Active LMT with Utah license.
• Experience in luxury spa or resort settings is preferred.
• Ability to lead and coordinate spa team during coverage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs massage therapy and approved treatments as part of the LMT team.
• Provides full-day on-site operational coverage and leads the spa during off days.
• Manages daily spa operations: bookings, guest needs, treatment flow, and staff coordination.
• Opens and closes the spa; ensures opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Manages spa booking system and communicates with members/guests about reservations and preferences.
• Directs daily work of therapists and estheticians during coverage; adjusts assignments as needed.
• Enforces treatment protocols, sanitation, and WPR policies; assists with staff training.
• Keeps spa clean, organized, stocked, and ready for treatments; coordinates with supervisor on inventory.
