Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within spa/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead a team and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations for spa operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily spa operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Train, and motivate spa staff, to maintain high performance and professional standards.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance of spa equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional activities and optimize spa service offerings.
• Prepare reports on spa performance, including financial metrics, staff productivity, and customer feedback.
