Job summary

Mandara Spa in Montville, CT seeks a Spa Supervisor to lead the concierge and attendant teams, ensuring premier service and steady spa operations. This role manages MOD duties, schedules, promotions, and guest flow, driving revenue and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include payroll support, inventory, and front desk leadership, with a focus on training and coaching staff to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet US employment eligibility.
• At least 1 year of experience answering phones in a customer-oriented environment.
• POS systems experience preferred (Book4Time a plus).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to operate basic business machines (calculator, fax, printer, copier).

Responsibilities

• Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) duties daily.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling procedures.
• Assist with payroll duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and efficiency.
• Handle and resolve staff inquiries and concerns.
• Provide back-up support to concierge team and coach staff.
• Create and manage schedules for concierge and spa attendants.
• Communicate monthly spa promotions and support spa memberships sales.
• Participate in spa inventory management.
• Respond to customer satisfaction survey comments and resolve guest issues.
