Job summary

Mandara Spa is seeking a Spa Supervisor to deliver premier service to guests and drive revenue by leading the spa concierge and attendant teams. You will oversee daily spa operations, open/close procedures, and ensure top-tier guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, process payroll along with cash handling, and monitor promotions, memberships, and inventory. A strong emphasis on customer service and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems (Book4Time a plus) and customer service phone experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office and good typing skills.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and communication skills.
• Able to operate basic business machines (calculator, fax, printer, copier).

Responsibilities

• Perform Manager on Duty duties daily.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Assist with payroll duties and timelines.
• Motivate team to increase sales and efficiency.
• Resolve staff inquiries and concerns.
• Coach concierge team to succeed in their roles.
• Create and manage schedules for staff.
• Promote spa promotions and memberships.
• Participate in inventory management.
• Resolve guest issues from surveys and feedback.
• Support concierge in guest inquiries.
• Research and resolve billing inquiries.
• Oversee front desk operations and service quality.
• Manage appointments, greet guests, and assist tours.
