Job summary

Mandara Spa at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day spa experiences. You will partner with the Spa Director to drive revenue, coach spa talent, and nurture client relationships to support membership retention.

Responsibilities include leading concierge teams, scheduling with Book4Time, managing payroll, inventory, and quality standards while ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years working with a POS system (Book4Time or similar spa software) in hospitality or retail operations.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead spa concierge and attendant teams to deliver premier service and generate revenue.
• Communicate promotions to teams to align goals.
• Coach team to increase sales and improve efficiency.
• Schedule and manage appointments using Book4Time.
• Manage inventory of retail and professional supplies.
• Handle payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Build concierge and spa attendant schedules.
• Uphold spa standards for service, etiquette, and cleanliness.
• Respond to guest satisfaction feedback and resolve issues on-site.
• Enforce quality control and resolve guest concerns.
