Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia seeks a Spa Assistant Manager to lead daily spa operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will support the Spa Manager, supervise staff, and ensure smooth front desk workflows, scheduling, and payments while maintaining service excellence.

You will balance guest satisfaction with staff development and operational standards, mentoring team members and coordinating shifts to meet high energy demands in a luxury spa environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service or spa/hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of spa services and luxury service standards preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa Manager in daily spa operations and service excellence.
• Oversee front desk duties including check-ins, scheduling, and payments.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, products, and policies.
• Lead as supervisor on duty when the Spa Manager is absent.
