Responsibilities

• Maintains Live! Spa treatment standards and excellence.
• Adheres to spa and hotel policies.
• Maintains cleanliness and order (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash).
• Maintains spa pantry/dispensary cleanliness and stock.
• Restocks linens in locker rooms and guest areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes wet areas, bathrooms, and grooming areas.
• Greets guests with a smile and eye contact.
• Escorts guests in changing areas and explains locker room setup.
• Reports incidents or issues to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
