Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead daily hotel housekeeping operations, ensure adherence to standards, and deliver guest satisfaction through strong leadership.

You will manage a diverse team, coordinate shifts, train staff, perform quality checks, and maintain cleanliness across guest rooms, back-of-house, and public areas while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations to meet Live! Casino & Hotel standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop housekeeping staff to boost engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness across guest rooms, back-of-house areas, and public spaces.
• Coordinate shifts, pre-shifts, and training to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain safety practices and confidentiality for guests and team members.
