Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Spa Assistant Manager to lead daily spa operations, support the Spa Manager, and ensure guest experiences meet the highest standards of service and care. You will model professionalism, guide team performance, and foster a welcoming, luxurious environment.

You will manage front desk tasks, supervise staff, handle appointments and payments, coordinate inventory, and promote outstanding guest service across all spa spaces.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College coursework in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or spa/hospitality experience required.
• Knowledge of spa services and luxury service standards preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the State Gaming Control Agency.

Aufgaben

• Support the Spa Manager in daily spa operations and service excellence.
• Oversee front desk responsibilities including guest check-ins/outs, scheduling, and payments.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, promotions, products, and policies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and contribute ideas to enhance the spa experience.
• Serve as supervisor on duty when the Spa Manager is not present.
• Provide training and support to front desk and service team members.
• Coordinate shift coverage and staff schedules.
• Assist with inventory control and supply ordering.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of spaces and equipment.
• Process daily sales reports and reconcile payments.
• Support marketing initiatives and adhere to policies and standards.
• Represent the spa at community events when needed.
