Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Spa Coordinator to manage reception, guest greetings, and appointment scheduling in a luxury spa setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months Spa/Hotel operations experience, and the ability to handle POS transactions, product knowledge, and guest inquiries with professionalism. Evening/weekend shifts and licensing compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 6 months Spa/Hotel Operations experience in a similar luxury environment preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming/Lottery regulations.
• Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close Spa according to procedures.
• Greet guests and assist with directions and information.
• Knowledgeable about spa products, services, and packages to assist guests.
• Schedule and manage appointments; handle confirmations and no-shows.
• Operate point of sale system and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and merchandise displays.
• Promote property outlets and facilities to guests; provide exceptional guest service.
• Communicate with supervisors to ensure duties are completed to standard.
