Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a part-time Spa Coordinator to open/close the Rock Spa, greet guests, schedule treatments, process payments, and merchandise spa products. The role requires a High School Diploma and spa/hotel operations experience, 18+ years old, and ability to work evenings and weekends.

Candidates must pass background and drug screenings and have strong English communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 6 months Spa/Hotel Operations experience in a similar hotel/resort.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close Rock Spa according to procedures.
• Greet guests and assist with check-in.
• Explain services and upsell spa treatments.
• Process payments and operate POS system.
• Stock and merchandise spa products; keep reception tidy.
• Schedule appointments for treatments and groups.
• Maintain knowledge of spa operations and amenities.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve complaints.
