Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking an Assistant Casino Manager to lead gaming operations on a shift, mentoring staff and building guest relationships. You will manage Slots and Table Games, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive operational excellence.

The role requires several years in slot/table games with supervisory experience, and a commitment to high standards of guest service and team development.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in slot operations and/or table games with 3 years in a supervisory role.
College degree preferred.
Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Virginia Lottery requirements.
Background check required.
Must be 21 years of age.
Experience in the gaming industry preferred.
Knowledge of casino game rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

Create an atmosphere that makes Hard Rock Bristol the guest's first choice for gaming entertainment and develop guest relationships.
Oversee shift activities for Slots and Table Games and coordinate with other departments.
Manage daily staffing and labor to open/close games as needed.
Address team member and guest concerns professionally to sustain satisfaction and financial accountability.
Ensure compliance with Virginia Lottery regulations and company policies.
Prepare and distribute end-of-shift reports and maintain safety standards.
