175 Hard Rock Bristol LLC is seeking a Guest Services professional under the Director of Hotel Operations to assist guests with requests, bookings and arrangements on and off property. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience in a four-star/four-Diamond hotel guest services environment, with strong English communication and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay range is $14 to $19 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered to eligible

• Must communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guests with knowledgeable information on hotel products and services and fulfill guests’ requests.
• Make bookings, reservations, and other requests for guests on and off property.
• Serve as an ambassador for the guest services department.
• Guide and direct guests of the property in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
