Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking team members for a guest-focused role handling transactions, bussing tables, cleaning, and assisting with warehouse orders. You will contribute to a lively, entertaining environment while delivering friendly service.

Expect two months of on-the-job training, background/drug screening, and age 18+ compliance. Full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits as outlined on our career site.

Qualifications

• Typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol.
• Builds and retains guest relations and mentors team members to provide superior guest service.
• Replenishes and garnishes food as necessary.
• Serves food as required.
• Maintains a neat, sanitary work area and equipment.
• Ensures dishware and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
• Stock is put away in proper storage areas in a timely manner.
• Food Hall is kept clean and maintained throughout shift.
• Attends meetings and completes follow-up as assigned.
• Performs duties regularly and predictably.
• Other duties as assigned.
