Hilton is seeking an experienced Spa Manager for NoMad Detroit to lead daily spa operations, including reception, treatments, and guest facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards.

You will manage a team of massage therapists, estheticians, and support staff, coordinate scheduling, budgets, and spa systems, and collaborate with hotel departments to deliver premium services while maintaining compliance and safety.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Spa Management, or related field required or preferred.
• Minimum two years of management experience in spa, wellness, hotel, or related hospitality setting.
• Working knowledge of massage, skin care, and spa treatment operations.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and spa management software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the daily operation of spa reception, treatment services, guest facilities, and related support areas.
• Ensure treatment protocols, service standards, cleanliness, ambiance, and guest comfort reflect NoMad expectations.
• Monitor appointment flow, treatment room utilization, guest arrival and departure experiences, and service delivery.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and service-recovery situations discreetly and professionally.
• Maintain procedures for reservations, guest communication, service recovery, incident reporting, and daily closing reports.
