Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Spa Supervisor to support the Spa Manager and team in promoting and delivering services and products, ensuring a positive guest experience and smooth daily operations. You will guide staff, provide excellent customer service, participate in onboarding, manage inventory, and partner with the Office Manager on growth initiatives.

A high school diploma and 1–2 years spa leadership are required; availability for occasional Saturdays is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of Spa or Salon leadership experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment while fostering growth and development of team members.
• Availability to work a minimum of 1 Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the spa while providing guidance to staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and develop relationships with customers by educating them on our spa services and products.
• Participate in onboarding training of staff.
• Partner with Spa Manager to ensure service and sales objectives are achieved.
• Ensure operational compliance with the Spa’s SOPs, State and Federal (FDA) Rules and Regulations, OSHA requirements.
• Provide leadership for spa team employee relations through effective communication, coaching, training, and development.
• Responsible for inventory management and supply purchases.
• Works collaboratively with the Office Manager on strategies and tactics critical to the development, growth, and improvement of the organization.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
