Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of college in hospitality or comparable field, or similar experience in spa management.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage schedules and guest flow; handle group bookings and events.

Responsibilities

• Supports the spa manager in day-to-day duties.
• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures proper guest flow.
• Assists with scheduling groups, events, and spa parties.
• Provides gift card and retail recommendations to boost sales.
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience.
• Prior spa front desk or management experience preferred.
