Job summary

MassageLuXe FaceLuXe Spa Birmingham is seeking a self-driven Sales Associate to drive membership growth. This is a sales-focused role requiring knowledge of our services and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients.

You will learn our proven sales approach and aim to exceed membership sales targets. The role involves engaging clients, conducting consultations, onboarding members, tracking performance, and supporting spa operations.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in spa or wellness.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Explain services and membership benefits clearly.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 2 years in massage/day spa reception or sales role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive membership sales and achieving goals.
• Master and apply the sales methodology to close memberships.
• Complete training and learn protocols.
• Achieve a minimum 35% conversion rate, aiming for 40%.
• Build strong client relationships with excellent service.
• Understand spa services and products to recommend solutions.
• Conduct thorough consultations to identify client needs.
• Guide clients through membership sign-up process.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and adapt strategies.
• Assist with reception duties and scheduling.
