Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in retail, membership-based business, or high-conversion environment.
• Track record of hitting sales or conversion targets; be ready to discuss numbers.
• Natural rapport-builder who can quickly read people and adapt approach.
• Process-driven with a proven script and system, but authentic delivery.
• Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback to improve close rate.
• Excellent communication in person and on the phone.
• Reliable and organized to manage front desk, schedule, and sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the guest journey from check-in to close, building rapport within the first 60 seconds.
• Run the proven sales process: intake questions, value bridge, and objection handling to convert first-timers into members.
• Present membership options confidently and tailor the offer to guest needs.
• Handle objections with empathy and skill to close more effectively.
• Hit and track conversion targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Follow up with prospective members who didn’t convert on first visit.
• Collaborate with therapists and management to ensure a five-star guest experience that makes the sale easy.
