The role focuses on membership sales, guest service, and achieving individual and team goals for memberships, retail, and rebooking, with training and opportunities for advancement in a busy spa setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Comfort discussing prices, handling objections, and asking guests to join.
• Motivation to meet goals and earn commission.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay friendly and organized during busy periods.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team mindset.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and computer systems.
• Availability for evening and weekend requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer calls, and help clients schedule the right services.
• Start membership conversations, explain benefits, answer questions, and ask for the sale.
• Work toward individual and team membership, retail, and rebooking goals.
• Follow up with prospective members and support member retention.
• Recommend service enhancements and retail products that fit guest interests.
• Manage check-in, checkout, payments, and appointment scheduling accurately.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve leadership when needed.
• Communicate with massage therapists and estheticians to keep the day running smoothly.
• Keep front desk and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Participate in sales training and coaching, and apply feedback.
