Job summary

Massage Heights Buckhead is seeking a Spa Guest Experience Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, build relationships with members and first-time guests, and promote Wellness Programs. This role focuses on hospitality-driven sales, driving memberships, retention, and pre-bookings while collaborating with therapists and teammates to elevate the guest experience.

You will be accountable, warm, and results-oriented, with opportunities for coaching and growth within a dynamic spa setting

Qualifications

• Natural relationship builder with a hospitality mindset.
• Sales-minded and motivated by measurable results.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a five-star guest experience from first contact through checkout.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests.
• Educate guests on Wellness Programs and confidently recommend memberships.
• Drive KPIs: Membership conversion, retention, pre-bookings, service elevations, growth.
• Own every phone call with professionalism and warmth.
• Maintain scheduling accuracy and seamless communication.
