Job summary

Massage Heights Buckhead seeks a Spa Guest Experience Manager to deliver a five-star guest experience from the initial phone call to checkout. You will build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests, educate them on Wellness Programs, and confidently promote memberships to drive growth and loyalty.

You’ll actively monitor and influence memberships, retention, pre-bookings, and service enhancements while coordinating with therapists to elevate the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a five-star guest experience from the first phone call through checkout.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests.
• Educate guests on our Wellness Programs and confidently recommend memberships.
• Consistently drive key performance indicators, including: Membership Conversion, Member Retention, Pre-Booking, Service Elevations, Membership Growth.
• Identify opportunities to save memberships and strengthen guest loyalty.
• Own every phone call with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Maintain scheduling accuracy, detailed appointment notes, and seamless communication.
• Collaborate with therapists and teammates to deliver an elevated guest experience.
