European Wax Center is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Lee's Summit, MO to lead daily operations, coach a focused team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales goals.

You will oversee staffing, training, merchandising, guest management, and performance metrics in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This is a full-time in-center leadership role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail and/or beauty-focused environments.
• Flexible availability to support business needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and overall business performance.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Train and support Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences while promoting package sales and retail products.
• Drive sales through coaching, goal setting, performance management and leading by example.
