Job summary

European Wax Center in Salem, OR is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and adhere to health, safety, and brand standards while coaching staff to meet sales and KPI targets. This role offers growth in a fast-paced beauty environment with a focus on guest experience and memberships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
