Job summary

European Wax Center in Lee's Summit seeks a Guest Sales Associate to shape each guest’s experience from start to finish and drive center sales. You will connect guests with waxing services, Wax Passes, and retail products while building lasting relationships and meeting sales goals.

This role involves engaging guests, learning services and promotions, and delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/closing procedures and daily operations.
• Engage with guests, understand needs, and recommend services and retail products.
• Drive sales by educating guests on services, Wax Pass benefits, and promotions.
• Meet or exceed individual and center sales goals.
• Manage front desk and retail areas with restocking and organization.
• Deliver a personalized guest experience using brand standards.
• Follow policies, dress code, scheduling, and safety standards.
• Participate in training sessions, events, and marketing initiatives.
