Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Novi seeks a full-time Spa Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue, and grow a high-performing team. You will coach staff, promote wellness services, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in spa/hospitality management, strong leadership, sales and customer service skills, and a flexible schedule including some weekends. This role offers growth and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

2–3 years of management experience in a spa, salon, retail or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, sales and customer service skills.
Flexible schedule including nights and one weekend day.
Ability to promote massage and skincare services.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily spa operations and staff performance.
Drive membership sales and client retention; recruit, train, coach and develop spa associates.
Monitor scheduling, productivity and revenue goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented culture.
