Performance Metrics

• Membership Conversion – coach and motivate the spa team to educate and delight clients, encouraging them to join our Lifestyle Program.
• Revenue Growth – drive revenue through strategic scheduling, marketing initiatives, service upgrades, and retail opportunities.
• Recruiting & Team Development – build and develop a team of talented spa professionals who provide outstanding service.
