Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an energetic Assistant Spa Sales Manager to lead sales operations. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years in sales or customer service, ideally from a luxury hotel or gym. You’ll motivate a team to achieve high conversion rates while promoting wellness benefits.

• Motivate and train our Spa Associate team to convert and perform at 40+% conversion

• Proven record of sales success in a membership based business
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
