Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, engaging service to guests.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas in tidy, sanitary condition; assist with sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other amenities.
• Assist guests in booking spa services via spa software and guide them to appointments.
• Promote and sell spa services, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
