Bellagio is seeking a Female Spa Host to warmly welcome guests as they begin their wellness experience. You will assist with spa services, guide guests through facilities, and help create a relaxing, memorable atmosphere while promoting spa offerings.

The ideal candidate has guest service experience; spa or salon exposure is a plus, and applicants must be 18 or older. This part-time role offers employee perks including meals, parking, and access to discounts within MGM Resorts venues.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in a spa or salon is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, keeping them stocked, tidy and sanitary.
• Assist guests in booking spa services via spa software and direct them to appointments.
• Promote and upsell spa treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
