Job summary

Bellagio, Las Vegas, seeks a Spa Host to welcome guests and craft a relaxing wellness experience. You will guide guests, answer questions, and ensure a memorable visit at the spa entrance.

Responsibilities include booking spa services, handling cash, and promoting treatments. Prior guest service or spa/salon experience is desirable; must be 18+. Perks include wellness programs, employee discounts, free meals, and parking.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, assist guests with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
• Assist guests in booking spa services via spa software, direct guests to appointments, manage cash bank daily, and retain knowledge of spa services and booking software.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.

THE JOB:
As a Spa Host at Bellagio, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see as they begin their wellness experience. With your warm welcome and attention to detail, you’ll help create a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. By understanding each guest’s needs, you’ll take ownership of their experience and create moments they’ll remember long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.00, plus commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations

• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times, andassist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities

• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments, manage cash bank daily,and retain knowledge of spa/salon services, products and booking software

• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Guest service experience is preferred

• Prior experience is spa or salon setting is a plus

• Must be 18 years of age or older
