Job summary

Bellagio, part of MGM Resorts International, seeks a Spa Host to greet guests as they begin their wellness experience in Las Vegas. You will deliver a warm welcome, assist with bookings, and help create a relaxing atmosphere.

The starting rate is $16.00 per hour, plus commission. Ideal candidates have guest service experience; spa or salon background is a plus; you must be 18+. The role includes promoting treatments, maintaining facilities, and using spa software.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Spa or salon experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental policies and safety/sanitation procedures
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, keeping them stocked, tidy and sanitary
• Assist guests in booking spa services via spa software and manage appointments
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
