Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service and POS experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends. A high school diploma and gaming license readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a spa setting preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service required.
• 2+ years using POS transactions required.
• Must maintain a valid food handler’s card.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule and bill appointments, know treatments, services, promotions, and retail items.
• Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest safety and adherence to health and safety policies.
• Maintain professionalism and welcoming ambiance for check-in/out.
• Provide tours of the spa and explain services to guests.
• Recommend and book treatments, upsell where appropriate.
• Communicate changes and cancellations to leadership.
• Balance cash drawer at close and perform opening/closing duties.
• Attend team meetings and assist in inventory management.
