Job summary

Jamul-Casino seeks an experienced Massage Therapist to deliver professional massage and body treatments in our spa. You will promote services, evaluate guest needs, and maintain sanitation and inventory while building strong client relationships.

The role requires CAMTC certification, 2+ years in spa/hospitality, and flexibility to work varied shifts. You will operate with a professional appearance and participate in training and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in Spa or Hospitality setting is required.
• 1+ years’ experience with spa software (Book4Time, Booker, SpaSoft, etc.)
• Must possess CAMTC (California Massage Therapy Council) certification.
• Must have flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Promote/upsell Spa services.
• Evaluate the condition of guests’ therapeutic body needs and advise suitable solutions and recommendations.
• Sanitization of all professional instruments and equipment before each use.
• Build a client base through referrals and utilization of available promotional materials.
• Presents a professional, well-groomed appearance; uniforms must be worn in the spa.
• Work effectively with team members, guests, and others by sharing ideas constructively.
• Learn the names and recognize guests and team members.
• Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs.
