Job summary

The Peninsula Chicago is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Spa team and be an integral part of our guest-focused service. The role requires 2 years of reception or spa desk experience and proficiency with PMS/Opera; fluent English is essential.

You will coordinate with departments to deliver a seamless guest experience, uphold Peninsula and Forbes standards, and enjoy a rich benefits package including health, retirement match, paid time off, and generous hotel staff discounts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of reception or spa desk experience in luxury property ideal.
• Knowledge of PMS/Opera and some knowledge in rooms department preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

General Requirements:

• 2 years of reception or spa desk experience in luxury property ideal
• Knowledge of PMS/Opera and some knowledge in rooms department preferred
• Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure, individual must have great organization skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

To be considered for the position, you must have work authorization in the United States. The salary range for this position is $22-25 per hour.
