Job summary

Massage Heights Buckhead is hiring a Spa Guest Experience Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience from the initial contact through checkout. You will build strong relationships with members and first-time guests, educate them on Wellness Programs, and confidently promote memberships.

Expect to drive key metrics, including membership conversion, retention, pre-bookings, and service enhancements, while collaborating with therapists and the team to elevate the guest experience and grow

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Deliver a five-star guest experience from first call to checkout.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests.

• Drive KPIs including Membership Conversion, Retention, Pre-Booking, Service Elevations, and Growth.

What You'll Be Known For

• Identify opportunities to save memberships and strengthen guest loyalty.
• Own every phone call with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Maintain scheduling accuracy, detailed appointment notes, and seamless communication.
• Collaborate with therapists and teammates to deliver an elevated guest experience.

Schedule Expectations

• 30-35 hours per week
• 4-5 shifts each week
• Morning, evening, and weekend availability
• Open availability strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation with the ability to support Buckhead and Brookhaven when needed

Compensation & Growth

• Competitive hourly pay
• Performance bonuses based on membership sales
• Guaranteed $1/hour pay increase every six months for eligible team members who maintain strong performance and attendance
